Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation by applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, utilizing EY's proprietary Organization & Talent Hub.

Drive Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences encompassing Agile, Design Thinking, Digital collaboration, and ensuring accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.

Align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies and operating models, adapting to evolving customer needs and developing modern leadership capabilities for enhanced efficiency and innovation.

Spearhead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual goals.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience is required for this role.
