This role is part of our National PAS WKFA CNS team, focused on aligning people strategies with business objectives. We help organizations navigate transformations by placing humans at the center, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and cost structure to achieve a competitive advantage.

Drive client projects focused on organization and workforce transformation, including scenario modeling, org design, and talent strategy using proprietary EY tools.

Develop and implement change management strategies, focusing on new ways of working, digital adoption, and enhanced employee experiences.

Align leadership and culture programs with business strategy to foster innovation and efficiency.

Reimagine and digitize HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, and HR technology solutions.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Possess a practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
