You will engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning & analytics, leveraging proprietary EY solutions.

Furthermore, you will contribute to Change Experience & Learning initiatives, helping clients define new workforce experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital problem-solving. You'll also play a role in Purpose, Culture, and Leadership development, aligning programs with business strategy and building modern leadership capabilities.

Your responsibilities will extend to HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards, where you'll help reimagine and digitize the HR function, covering HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience, possessing strong technical capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates an ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
