This role is part of our National Workforce Advisory team, dedicated to helping clients strategically align their people agenda with business objectives. Drive organization and workforce transformation by aligning business strategies with operating models through capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics.

Enhance change experience and learning by defining new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and accelerating adoption via digitally-enabled change insights and learning platforms.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership capabilities.

Reimagine and digitize the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to meet business and individual objectives.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources, possessing a practical and analytical approach to solving complex problems. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
