Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, aligning business and workforce strategies with evolving operating models. Apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy using proprietary tools.

Drive Change Experience and Learning projects, defining new workforce experiences including Agile and Design Thinking. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.

Shape Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs aligned with client business strategies, adapting to market changes and building modern leadership capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

Spearhead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and optimizing employee policies and rewards.

We seek individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related consulting fields.
