In this role, you will contribute to key fields of play within Workforce Advisory, including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards. You'll apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy. You will also work with clients on reimagining the workforce experience, defining new ways of working, and driving accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change management. This includes developing and implementing new HR strategies, service delivery models, and leveraging HR cloud technology.

We are seeking candidates with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within consulting or related fields. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. You should demonstrate a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. We value individuals who are agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, capable of sustaining positive energy in a dynamic environment. A graduate degree is required for this position.
