This Project Consultant role is within our National PAS WKFA CNS PC WORKFORCE ADVISORY team in Bangalore. We focus on strategically aligning our clients' people agenda with their business goals, placing people at the heart of transformation to drive sustainable change through their workforce. We help organizations reimagine their future workforce to gain a competitive advantage.

We are seeking a Project Consultant to drive key initiatives in:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies using scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new Workforce Experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital problem-solving, facilitating adoption through digital change tracking and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy and building modern leadership capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and transforming employee policies.

To excel in this role, you will need:

- 3-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field. - A practical and collaborative approach to solving complex issues and delivering insightful solutions. - The ability to work effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - To be agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative in your approach, maintaining positive energy.
