- Partner with clients to define and implement new workforce experiences, including Agile and Design Thinking principles. - Drive accelerated adoption of new ways of working through digitally-enabled change experiences. - Align leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies and operating models. - Re-imagine and digitize the HR function, covering HR strategy, service delivery, and technology implementation. - Transform employee policies and rewards to align with business objectives.

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver services across multiple client departments. - Practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions. - Agile, curious, mindful, and adaptable professional with a positive attitude. - Experience in Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, or HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards is highly desirable.
