Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives by reimagining and digitizing the HR function. This includes developing HR strategy, HR service delivery models, and HR cloud technology, as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

This role requires 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources.
