This Project Consultant role within the National Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore focuses on strategically aligning an organization's people agenda with its core business objectives. By prioritizing the human element in transformation journeys, we empower clients to drive sustainable change through their workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost to gain a competitive advantage.

The role involves contributing to key areas of People Consulting, including Organization and Workforce Transformation by applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning analytics. You will also be involved in Change Experience & Learning initiatives, helping clients define new workforce experiences and accelerate adoption through digital tools. Furthermore, the position requires aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies and transforming HR functions, systems, and rewards.

This position requires 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources and a practical, collaborative approach to solving complex issues with insightful solutions. Ideal candidates will be agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, possessing the ability to sustain positive energy while working across multiple client departments. A strong understanding of organizational and workforce transformation, change management, and HR strategy is essential.
