This role as a Project Consultant is part of our National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team, offering a well-rounded experience by working across various industries. We focus on strategically aligning people agendas with business goals, placing Humans@Center of transformation to drive sustainable change through the workforce.

Engage in the core areas of People Consulting, including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards.

Key activities involve applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management. You will also contribute to defining new workforce experiences and digital learning strategies, and aligning leadership and cultural programs with business objectives.

Digitize the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR technology, and transform employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual goals.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in HUMAN RESOURCES is required.
