This role is within the National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory team, focusing on aligning the people agenda with strategic business goals. We place individuals at the heart of transformation journeys, driving sustainable change through workforce empowerment.

As a Project Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will contribute to key areas including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards. You will apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Responsibilities also include defining new workforce experiences, implementing digitally-enabled change tracking, and aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies. You'll play a role in digitizing HR functions and transforming employee policies and rewards.

We seek individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is essential.
