This role is within our National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory team, a sector-agnostic group dedicated to strategic people consulting. We empower clients by aligning their human capital strategy with overarching business objectives, ensuring they possess the right talent, skills, and structure for sustainable change and competitive advantage.

Engage with clients to strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation. Reimagine future workforces by ensuring the right talent, with the right skills, in the right roles, at the right cost. Implement an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with operating models, utilizing capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and proprietary tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Develop and implement new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, and enhanced collaboration. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change experiences tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning platforms. Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, building modern talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation. Drive HR transformation initiatives, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and optimizing employee policies and rewards.

This role requires a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. We seek individuals with a strong ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving is essential. Candidates should be agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and maintain positive energy, demonstrating creativity in their professional approach. A graduate degree is expected for this position.
