As a Project Consultant within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore, you'll be part of sector-agnostic teams working across industries. This role focuses on strategically aligning clients' people agenda with their business goals by placing Humans@Center of transformation journeys. You will help organizations drive sustainable change through their workforce, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills at the right cost, turning their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

As a Project Consultant, you will focus on:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

- Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration), and driving accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.

- Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating models to drive efficiency and innovation.

- HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you must possess 5-6 years of experience. We are seeking individuals with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
