This role is part of the National PAS WKFA CNS team, focusing on People Consulting. Drive strategic initiatives within Organization and Workforce Transformation, employing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

Enhance Change Experience & Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and digital problem-solving methods. Accelerate adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.

Align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies and operating models, fostering modern leadership and talent capabilities for efficiency and innovation.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and reward structures.

We seek individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources and a practical, collaborative approach to solving complex business issues.
