This role is part of our National team, which operates across various industries, providing a well-rounded experience. Specifically, you'll be within the People Consulting domain, focusing on Workforce Advisory.

Drive sustainable change by strategically aligning clients' people agenda with their business objectives, placing Humans@Center of transformation. Help organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost, thus converting people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies using scenario modeling, org design, and workforce planning. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences and accelerating adoption through digital change management and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy and building modern talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function and transforming employee policies.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources. We are seeking individuals with a strong ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
