The Project Consultant role focuses on key areas within People Consulting, including:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying scenario modeling, org design, and workforce analytics to align business and workforce strategies. - Change Experience & Learning: Guiding clients in defining new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies and digital learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy to build modern talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and technology solutions.

We are seeking professionals with 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate possesses a practical, problem-solving approach and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
