This role is part of the National People Consulting team, specializing in Workforce Advisory. We assist clients in strategically aligning their people agenda with business objectives, placing the human element at the forefront of transformation. Our expertise helps organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring optimal talent, skills, roles, and costs to gain a competitive advantage.

Engage in critical areas of People Consulting, including Organization and Workforce Transformation by applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy. Drive Change Experience and Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences and facilitating adoption through digitally-enabled tools. Develop Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs aligned with client business strategies. Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including digitizing the HR function, HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies.

A practical, collaborative approach is essential for working across client departments and adhering to commercial and legal requirements. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, delivering insightful and practical solutions.
