This role is part of the National team, comprising sector-agnostic professionals who gain well-rounded experience across various industries. The People Consulting practice specifically focuses on aligning clients' people strategies with overarching business objectives, placing the human element at the core of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through their workforce. We assist organizations in reimagining their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost, thereby transforming their people strategy into a distinct competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Employing an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing EY's proprietary Organization & Talent Hub.

- Change Experience & Learning: Collaborating with clients to define enhanced workforce experiences, including new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration). Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change experiences tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via the EY Noggin Labs platform.

- Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategies, purpose, and operating models. Adapt to evolving customer needs and cultivate modern leadership and talent capabilities to enhance efficiency and innovation.

- HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, HR service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

- A qualification in Human Resources. - A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
