This "Project Consultant - Workforce Advisory" role is part of our National team, offering diverse industry experience. Within People Consulting, we help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation to drive sustainable change. Our key areas of focus include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, and Problem Solving, and accelerating adoption through digital change tracking and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models to drive efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.
