Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation by applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools.

Drive Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital collaboration. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and digital learning platforms.

Develop Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs aligned with client business strategy, adapting to evolving customer needs and fostering modern leadership and talent capabilities.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, re-imagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-6 years of experience in HUMAN RESOURCES, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
