Our People Consulting practice places 'Humans@Center' of transformation journeys. We assist organizations in reimagining their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and cost structures, thereby transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation projects, aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics.

Drive Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, and digital collaboration. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digital tools and learning platforms.

Shape Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs to align with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership capabilities for efficiency and innovation.

Contribute to HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR technology, and aligning employee policies and rewards with business objectives.

Requires a minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related consulting field.

Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
