As a Project Consultant, you will contribute to key areas within Workforce Advisory, including:

Organization and Workforce Transformation: Apply capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy to align business and workforce strategies with operating models. Change Experience & Learning: Design new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital collaboration, facilitating accelerated adoption through digital change insights and learning platforms. Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Align leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, adapting to customer needs and building modern talent capabilities for efficiency and innovation. HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Modernize the HR function through digital transformation, optimizing HR strategy, service delivery models, and cloud technology, while aligning employee policies and rewards with business objectives.

We are seeking a Project Consultant with 3-7 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, solution-oriented approach to complex problems is essential, delivering insightful and actionable outcomes. We value individuals who are agile, curious, mindful, and maintain positive energy, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in their professional endeavors.
