The National PAS WKFA CNS team operates across various industries, offering a well-rounded experience. Within People Consulting, we help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation to drive sustainable change through their workforce. Our approach enables organizations to reimagine their future, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost, transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Implementing an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing our proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub.

- Change Experience & Learning: Collaborating with clients to define new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, and Collaboration. We drive accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience, tracked via Change Insights, and facilitate Digital Learning via our EY Noggin Labs platform.

- Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose, and operating model. We adapt to changing customer needs and build modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.

- HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, HR service delivery models, and HR cloud technology. We also transform employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Human Resources background and have 5-6 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and practical solutions, is essential.
