The role involves contributing to Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, aligning business and workforce strategies with future operating models. This includes applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy using proprietary EY tools.

You will also engage in Change Experience & Learning projects, defining new workforce experiences and driving adoption through digital solutions. Additionally, the position requires aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, and re-imagining HR functions through transformation, systems, and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields. Candidates need a strong ability to collaborate across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal standards.
