This role is part of our National Workforce Advisory team, focusing on sector-agnostic projects across industries. You'll contribute to strategically aligning people strategies with business objectives, placing Humans at the Center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through workforce power. We help clients reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost, transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving key initiatives within Organization and Workforce Transformation, applying capabilities like scenario modelling, organizational design, and workforce planning. You will also contribute to Change Experience & Learning, helping clients define new ways of working and ensuring accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking. Furthermore, you will engage in Purpose, Culture and Leadership initiatives, aligning programs with business strategy and building modern leadership capabilities. The role also involves HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards, where you'll help reimagine and digitize the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR cloud technology.
