As a Project Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will contribute to key areas including: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy using proprietary EY tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital problem-solving, driving adoption through digital change insights and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy to foster innovation and efficiency. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, including strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies.
