This Project Consultant role is part of our National PAS WKFA CNS PC WORKFORCE ADVISORY team in Bangalore. The National team collaborates across industries, providing well-rounded experience, while the People Consulting professionals strategically align the people agenda with broader business goals. As a Project Consultant within the Workforce Advisory team, you will contribute to key client engagements focused on:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy using proprietary EY tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies, design thinking, digital problem-solving, and collaboration, supported by digital change tracking and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies and operating models to drive efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in HUMAN RESOURCES with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
