- Drive organization and workforce transformation initiatives by applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning. - Facilitate change management processes, helping clients define new ways of working and ensuring accelerated adoption through digital tools. - Align leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies, fostering innovation and efficiency. - Support HR transformation projects, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR technology.

- Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or related fields. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical approach to delivering insightful solutions. - Demonstrated agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity in approach. - Adaptability and the capacity to sustain positive energy in a dynamic environment.
