Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, utilizing scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics.

Drive Change Experience & Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and New Ways of Working.

Develop and implement strategies for Purpose, Culture, and Leadership, aligning programs with client business strategies.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, focusing on HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR cloud technology.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.
