As a Project Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will be instrumental in:

- Driving Organization and Workforce Transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning. - Enhancing Change Experience & Learning by defining new work environments, including Agile, Design Thinking, and digital problem-solving, and facilitating adoption through digital learning platforms. - Shaping Purpose, Culture and Leadership by aligning programs with business strategy and building modern talent capabilities. - Re-imagining HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards by digitizing HR functions, optimizing service delivery models, and transforming employee policies.

To excel in this role, you must possess:
