This role as a Project Consultant is part of our National People Consulting team, focusing on Workforce Advisory. We partner with clients to strategically align their people agenda with business objectives, placing humans at the center of transformation to drive sustainable change. Our expertise lies in reimagining the future workforce to ensure the right talent is in the right roles at the optimal cost, transforming people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Your key responsibilities will involve providing technical expertise and contributing to various aspects of workforce advisory. This includes supporting organization and workforce transformation initiatives, aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models through scenario modeling, organization design, and talent strategy. You will also be involved in defining new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies and digital problem-solving. Additionally, you'll contribute to shaping purpose, culture, and leadership programs, as well as HR transformation, systems, and rewards, including HR strategy and digital HR technologies.

To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience within the Human Resources domain. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach with the ability to deliver insightful solutions is essential.
