This role is within our National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory team, focusing on aligning people strategies with business objectives. We help organizations drive sustainable change by placing people at the heart of transformation, ensuring the right talent is in place at the optimal cost.

As a Project Consultant, you will contribute to client engagements by applying expertise in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management.

You will collaborate with clients to enhance their workforce experience, implement new ways of working, and drive accelerated adoption of change. This includes defining new work models and utilizing digital platforms for engagement tracking and learning.

Responsibilities also extend to aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, and re-imagining the HR function through digital transformation, service delivery models, and tailored rewards strategies.

We seek individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and problem-solving approach is essential for delivering effective solutions.
