As a Project Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will be part of our National team, contributing to sector-agnostic projects across various industries. This role focuses on strategically aligning people agendas with business objectives, placing people at the heart of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change.

Leverage your expertise in areas such as Organization and Workforce Transformation, applying capabilities like scenario modeling, org design, and workforce planning. Drive Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new ways of working and accelerating adoption through digital tools. Support clients in aligning Purpose, Culture and Leadership programs with business strategy, and re-imagine HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards to optimize HR functions and employee policies.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources, possessing a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate is agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, with a strong ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
