Engage in organization and workforce transformation initiatives, integrating business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models.

Apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools.

Contribute to defining the new Workforce Experience, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and digital problem-solving.

Facilitate accelerated adoption of new ways of working through digitally-enabled change experiences and digital learning platforms.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern talent capabilities. Re-imagine and digitize the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR cloud technology, while transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources.
