This Project Consultant role within the National Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore offers a chance to contribute to sector-agnostic projects across various industries. You will be instrumental in helping clients align their people strategy with business objectives, focusing on transforming their workforce to achieve sustainable change.

Engage with clients to strategically align their people agenda with broader business goals, placing Humans@Center of transformation journeys.

Drive sustainable change by helping organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills at the optimal cost.

Contribute to key fields including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards.

A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources is required.

Possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal standards.
