This role is a Project Consultant position within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC WORKFORCE ADVISORY team, based in Bangalore.

Key areas of focus include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Developing integrated approaches to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using capabilities such as scenario modeling, organization design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy. This includes leveraging proprietary tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub.

- Change Experience & Learning: Assisting clients in defining new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, problem-solving, and collaboration. We drive accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change experiences tracked via Change Insights and digital learning platforms like EY Noggin Labs.

- Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategies, purpose, and operating models. This involves adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

- HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.

- The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

- A practical, solutions-oriented approach to tackling complex issues and delivering insightful, actionable recommendations.

- Adaptability, curiosity, mindfulness, and the capacity to maintain positive energy, coupled with a creative and flexible mindset.
