Engage with clients to strategically align their people agenda with broader business objectives, fostering sustainable change through workforce empowerment.

Develop and implement solutions across key fields including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards.

Leverage proprietary EY tools and platforms to deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex client challenges.

Collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, ensuring adherence to commercial and legal requirements.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience is required for this role.

Possess the ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse client teams while respecting commercial and legal frameworks.
