Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, integrating business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Apply expertise in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and analytics, alongside talent strategy, utilizing proprietary EY tools.

Contribute to Change Experience & Learning, helping clients define their new workforce experience, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and Digital Problem Solving. Drive accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.
