This role as a Project Consultant within the National Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore is designed for individuals passionate about transforming organizations by placing people at the core of their strategies. As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving Organization and Workforce Transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with future operating models. This involves applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics. You will also contribute to enhancing Change Experience and Learning, defining new workforce experiences and accelerating adoption through digital solutions. Furthermore, you'll play a key role in shaping Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs to align with client business strategies and foster innovation. Reimagining the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery, and technology, as well as transforming employee policies and rewards, will be integral to your responsibilities.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
