This role is for a Project Consultant within the National Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore. This national team operates across various industries, providing sector-agnostic expertise. The People Consulting practice at EY focuses on aligning clients' people strategies with their overarching business objectives. By prioritizing the human element in transformation, we help organizations drive sustainable change through their workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent, skills, and cost structures to gain a competitive advantage.

Engage with clients to strategically align their people agenda with broader business goals, placing the workforce at the center of transformation journeys.

Drive sustainable change by helping organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the optimal talent, skills, and cost-effectiveness.

Contribute to Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, including scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy leveraging proprietary EY tools.

Support Change Experience & Learning efforts, defining new ways of working and accelerating adoption through digital change management platforms.

Develop and implement Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs aligned with client business strategies and operating models.

Assist in HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and policy alignment.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
