As a Project Consultant, you will contribute to client engagements focused on organizational and workforce transformation. This includes applying capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning.

You will also be involved in designing and implementing change experiences and learning programs, focusing on new ways of working such as Agile and Design Thinking. Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies is another key area.

Furthermore, you will support HR transformation initiatives, including the digitization of HR functions and the redesign of HR service delivery models and employee reward systems.

This role requires 3-7 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for this position.
