Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning & analytics, leveraging proprietary tools. Drive Change Experience & Learning initiatives by defining new Workforce Experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital Problem Solving. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Insights and Digital Learning platforms.

Focus on Purpose, Culture and Leadership by aligning programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose, and operating models. To excel in this role, a background in Human Resources and 5-6 years of relevant experience are essential. A practical approach to issue resolution and complex problem-solving is crucial, enabling the delivery of insightful and actionable solutions.
