This role focuses on key areas within Organization and Workforce Transformation, guiding clients through integrated approaches to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Responsibilities include applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging our proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Additionally, you will engage in Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new Workforce Experiences including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and driving accelerated adoption through our digitally-enabled Change Experience platform. You will also contribute to Purpose, Culture and Leadership programs, aligning them with clients’ business strategy and building modern leadership capabilities. HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards is another key field, involving re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources consulting is essential. We seek individuals with a practical, problem-solving approach, capable of delivering insightful and actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
