EY seeks a Project Consultant specializing in Workforce Advisory. This role is part of the National PAS WKFA team within the CNS practice, based in Bangalore.

The National team operates across various industries, providing well-rounded experiences. The CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY team focuses on strategically aligning clients' people agendas with their business objectives, emphasizing a human-centric approach to drive sustainable change.

Key areas of focus include Organization and Workforce Transformation, applying capabilities like scenario modeling and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities also encompass Change Experience & Learning, defining new workforce experiences and facilitating adoption through digital tools. Additionally, the role involves shaping Purpose, Culture and Leadership initiatives to align with business strategies and foster innovation.

HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards are also critical fields, involving the digitization of the HR function and transformation of employee policies.

To qualify for this role, candidates should have 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
