This role is within our National People Consulting team, specializing in Workforce Advisory. We help organizations strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation. Our approach ensures clients have the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost, transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

As a Project Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will contribute to key areas including:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy using proprietary EY tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies, design thinking, digital collaboration, and driving adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, adapting to evolving customer needs, and building modern leadership capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
