This role is for a Project Consultant within the National People Consulting - Workforce Advisory team, based in Bangalore. National teams operate across various industries, providing a well-rounded experience. Our People Consulting professionals strategically align client people agendas with business objectives, placing humans at the center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change.

We focus on key areas including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards, utilizing proprietary tools and platforms to deliver innovative solutions.

Drive client engagement in People Consulting, focusing on strategically aligning people agendas with broader business goals.

Implement solutions across Organization and Workforce Transformation, applying capabilities like scenario modeling, org design, and workforce analytics.

Enhance Change Experience & Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile and Design Thinking, and facilitating adoption through digital learning platforms.

Develop and align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies, fostering modern leadership and talent capabilities.

Support HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and cloud technology implementation.

Possess 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Exhibit a practical, problem-solving approach to complex issues, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
