We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Workforce Advisory team. This role is integral to helping clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and cost structure to gain a competitive advantage. You will be at the forefront of transforming client workforces by placing Humans at the Center of their journey.

Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, applying capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning.

Drive Change Experience & Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies and digital solutions.

Align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies to foster efficiency and innovation.

Re-imagine and digitize HR functions through HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives, optimizing HR strategy and service delivery.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.

Candidates should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal standards. A practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to complex problems is essential.
