Within CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY, you will play a crucial role in helping clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals. By prioritizing the human element in transformation, we empower organizations to drive sustainable change through their workforce.

You will engage in diverse projects including Organization and Workforce Transformation, aligning business and workforce strategies through scenario modeling, org design, and workforce analytics. Additionally, you will contribute to Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences and leveraging digital tools for accelerated adoption. The role also involves working on Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs to align with business strategy and building modern talent capabilities. Finally, you will be involved in HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards, re-imagining and digitizing the HR function and transforming employee policies.

We are seeking a candidate with 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving is essential.
