This role, within EY's People Consulting practice, involves strategically aligning clients' people agenda with overarching business goals. You will place 'Humans@Center' of transformation journeys, driving sustainable change through workforce optimization. Key areas include Organization and Workforce Transformation, leveraging proprietary tools for integrated alignment. You'll also focus on Change Experience & Learning, defining new work experiences and accelerating adoption. Additionally, you'll address Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards to re-imagine and digitize HR functions for improved business outcomes.
